The city of St. Louis was founded in 1764 by Pierre Laclède and Auguste Chouteau, and after the Louisiana Purchase, it became a major port on the Mississippi River. Its population expanded after the American Civil War, and it became the fourth-largest city in the United States in the late 19th century. It seceded from St. Louis County in March 1877, allowing it to become an independent city and limiting its political boundaries.
Now that you know that, I can’t wait to play today. We have a long ride, and a lot of s@&t talking to do. Last nights show was really tight. People were amazing, and club sound was dope. I love being on the road. Talking to people seeing how the country is changing, I’m getting a better understanding of it all.
I have family in St. Louis, and I want them to come…I think they will be into it. I remember this one time me and my brother were staying out here (st. Louis). We wanted some ice cream and we asked one of our family members and she said no. So me and my brother have definitely heard “no” before, and hell no an fuck naw. But when she said no to us, this older woman sitting in the kitchen was like- let em get some ice cream… I don’t remember what the other woman said, but after that, the older woman did not like it… Baam!!! My older family member hit the shit! Out of her. And out the door they went… All I know is, that ice cream was hella tasty! I’m so ready to be in St. Louis.
